Do you take my insurance?

We currently accept medicaid direct, Trillium Health, Vaya Health, Carolina Complete Healthyblue, and Amerihealth. We are also in the process of getting paneled with BCBS of NC. Furthermore, if you have a plan with out-of network benefits, we can provide you with the documentation you will need for reimbursement. We also provide a limited number of sliding scale fees ranging from $55-$100. Click here for more inquiries.

How long does treatment take?

Treatment time can vary upon symptoms and severity. However, most clients find improvement within the first couple of sessions.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our professional time for your session is set aside specifically for you. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance, you will be responsible for paying up to a $70 cancellation fee. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please make every effort to notify us as soon as possible.

What if I still have questions?

Let’s schedule a free, 15-minute consultation. We’ll use this time to discuss your situation and concerns, and to determine if we might be a good fit for you. If we don’t feel like the best fit, we’ll gladly provide referrals to other providers. Simply reach out by phone or email and we’ll set up a time to talk further. Afterwards, if you decide you’re ready to move forward, we’ll schedule your first session.
